السيوطي:٦٥٤-٥١b

"عَنْ عَبْد الله بن رَبَاح الأَنْصَارِي، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنَ الأنْصَارِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِي: أَنَّ النَّبيَّ ﷺ صَلَّى الْعَصْرَ، فَقَامَ رَجُلٌ يُصَلِّي بَعْدَهَا فَأَخَذَ عُمَر بن الْخَطَّابِ بِرِدَائِهِ وَقَالَ: اجْلِس إنَّمَا هَلَكَ أَهْل الكِتَابِ قَبلكُم بِأَنَّهُ لَمْ يَكُن لصَلاتِهِم فَصْل، فَقَالَ النَّبِي ﷺ صَدَقَ ابْن الْخَطَّابِ".

[Machine] About a man from the companions of the Prophet ﷺ , that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed the Asr prayer, and a man stood up to pray. Umar saw him and told him to sit down, for the people of the Book were destroyed because they did not perform their prayers properly. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Umar, Ibn al-Khattab, has spoken the truth."
