[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, went out until he reached Thaniyyat al-Wada'. Suddenly, he found a group of people and asked, "Who are these?" They said, "The Banu Qaynuqa' tribe, and they are the followers of Abdullah ibn Salam." He asked, "Have they embraced Islam?" They replied, "No, they are still following their own religion." He then said, "Tell them to go back, as we do not seek help from the polytheists."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ went out until he reached Thaniyat al-Wada'. There, he saw a group of people and asked, "Who are these?" They replied, "They are the sons of Qaynuqa'a, and they are the descendants of Abdullah bin Salam." The Prophet asked, "Have they embraced Islam?" They replied, "No, but they are steadfast on their religion." The Prophet said, "Tell them to go back, for we do not seek help from the polytheists." And this chain of narration is authentic.
