"إِنَّ الْمَسْأَلَةَ لا تَحِل إِلَّا لأَحَدِ ثَلاثَةِ، لِذِى دَمٍ مُوجعٍ، أَو لِذِى غُرْمٍ مُفْظِعٍ، أَوْ لِذِى فَقْر مُدْقِعٍ".  

[ط] الطيالسي ، [حم] أحمد [ت] الترمذي [د] أبو داود [ن] النسائي وابن منيع، [هب] البيهقى في شعب الإيمان [ض] ضياء المقدسي في مختاره عن أَنس
