"اجتنبْ الغَضَب".  

ابن أبى الدنيا في كتاب ذمِّ الغَضَب، [كر] ابن عساكر في تاريخه عن حميد بن عبد الرحمن بن عوف قال: أخبرنى رجلٌ من أصحاب النبى ﷺ أن رجلًا قال: يا رسول الله حدثنى بكلمات أعيشُ بهن، ولا تكثر عَلَىَّ، قال: فذكره. (قال العلقمى: الرجل: جارية - بالجيم - ابن قلابة. أخرجه أحمد وابن حبان، ويحتمل أن يفسر بغيره)
