"عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ عَبَّادٍ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِعَمَّارِ بْنِ يَاسِرٍ رَأَيْتَ هَذَا الأَمْرَ الَّذى أَتَيْتُموهُ برأيكم، أَوْ شَىْءٌ عَهِدَهُ إلَيْكُمْ رَسُولُ الله ﷺ ؟ فَقَالَ: مَا عَهِدَ إليْنَا رَسُولُ الله ﷺ مَا لَمْ يَعْهَدْهُ إلى النَّاسِ".
[Machine] I said to 'Ammaar ibn Yaasir, "O Abu Al-Yaqdhaan, what do you think of this matter that you have brought with your opinion, or something that the Messenger of Allah has entrusted to you?" He said, "The Messenger of Allah has not entrusted us with anything that he has not entrusted to the people."
قُلْتُ لِعَمَّارِ بْنِ يَاسِرٍ يَا أَبَا الْيَقْظَانِ أَرَأَيْتَ هَذَا الْأَمْرَ الَّذِي أَتَيْتُمُوهُ بِرَأْيِكُمْ أَوْ شَيْءٌ عَهِدَهُ إِلَيْكُمْ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ؟ فَقَالَ مَا عَهِدَ إِلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ شَيْئًا لَمْ يَعْهَدْهُ إِلَى النَّاسِ
