"عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ زَمْعَةَ قَالَ: خَطَبَ رَسُولُ الله ﷺ فَذَكرَ النِّسَاءَ، فَقَالَ: عَلاَمَ يَعْمِدُ أَحَدُكُمْ فَيَجْلِد امْرَأَتَهُ جَلْدَ العَبْدِ؟ ، وَلَعَلَّهُ يُضَاجِعُهَا مِنْ يَوْمِهِ".

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ delivered a sermon to the people one day, and he advised them about women. He said, "What is the matter with a man who beats his wife like the beating of a slave, and then he lies with her on the last day?"

خَطَبَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ النَّاسَ يَوْمًا وَوَعَظَهُمْ فِي النِّسَاءِ فَقَالَ «مَا بَالُ الرَّجُلِ يَجْلِدُ امْرَأَتَهُ جَلْدَ الْعَبْدِ وَلَعَلَّهُ يُضَاجِعُهَا فِي آخِرِ يَوْمِهِ؟ ‍‍»
