"عَنِ الْحَكمِ قَالَ: قَالَ عَلِىٌّ وَابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: إِذَا قَتَلَ الْحُرُّ الْعَبْدَ مُتَعَمِّدًا فَهُوَ قَوَدٌ".  

[قط] الدارقطنى في السنن [ق] البيهقى في السنن وقالا: هذا منقطع لا يقوم به حجة
