"عَنْ عَلِىًّ أَنَّهُ صَلَّى فِى زَلْزَلَةٍ سِتَّ رَكعَاتٍ فِى أَرْبَعِ سَجَدَاتٍ، خَمْسَ رَكعَاتٍ وَسَجْدتَينِ في رَكْعَةٍ، وَرَكْعَةً وَسَجْدَتَينِ في رَكْعَةٍ".

الشافعى، وقال: لَوْ ثَبَتَ هذَا الحَدِيثُ عِنْدَنَا عَنْ عَلِىٍّ لَقُلْنَا بِهِ، [ق] البيهقى في السنن وقال: هو ثابت عن ابن عباس

[Machine] He offered six units of prayer in four prostrations, five units of prayer with two prostrations each, and two prostrations in one unit of prayer. Ash-Shafi'i said, "If this hadith is proven authentic to us from Ali, we would affirm it." As-Sheikh, may Allah have mercy on him, said that it is narrated from Ibn Abbas and is authentic.
