السيوطي:٣٣٠-٤١b –

"عَنْ أَبِى عُمَيْرٍ رَشِيدِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ: كُنَّا عِنْدَ رَسُولِ الله ﷺ فَأُتِىَ بِطَبَقٍ فِيه تَمْرٌ، فَقَالَ: هَدِيَّةٌ، أَوْ صَدَقَةٌ؟ قَالُوا: صَدَقَةٌ، فَرَدَّها إِلَى أَصْحَابِهَا، وَالْحُسَيْنُ ابْنُ عَلىٍّ يتعفر () بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ، فَأَخَذَ تَمْرَةً ( *) فَأَلْقَاهَا فِى فِيهِ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّا آلَ مُحَمَّدٍ لَا نَأكُلُ الصَّدَقَةَ".

السيوطي:٦٣٥-٣b –

"عَنْ أَبى عَمْيرة رشَيد بن مَالِكٍ: قَالَ كُنْتُ عِنْدَ النَّبِى ﷺ جَالِسًا، فَجَاءَ رَجُلٌ بِطَبقٍ عَلَيهِ تَمْرٌ، فَقَالَ مَا هَذَا؟ صَدَقَةٌ أَمْ هَديَّة؟ فَقَالَ الرَّجُلُ: بَلَ صَدَقَةٌ فقدمها إِلى الْقَومِ، وَالحَسن صَغِير (*) بين يَدَيه، فأَخَذَ تَمَرة فَجَعلَها في فِيه: فَنَظَر الرسولُ ﷺ إليه فَأدْخَلَ إصبَعَه في فِيه، ثُمَّ قَالَ بِهَا، ثُم قَالَ إِنَّا آلَ مُحمدٍ لَا نأكُلُ الصَّدَقَةَ".
