السيوطي:٣-٣٨٢b –

" عن أبى سَلَمَةَ قال: حَدَّثنِى نُفَيْعٌ أَنَّهُ كان مملوكًا وعنده حرةٌ فَطلَّقها تطليقتين، فَسَألَ عثمانَ وزيدَ بنَ ثابتٍ، فقالا: طلاقُكَ طلاق عبدٍ، وعِدَّتُهَا عِدةُ حُرةٍ".
