Praying the Duha prayer is like charity given on behalf of your body
from the Prophet ﷺ that he said: "Each morning, charity is due upon every joint of one of you. Every glorification (saying ‘subḥān Allāh’) is charity, every praise (saying ‘al-ḥamdu lillāh’) is charity, every declaration of Allah’s oneness (saying ‘lā ilāha illā Allāh’) is charity, every magnification (saying ‘Allāhu akbar’) is charity; enjoining what is right is charity and forbidding what is wrong is charity. And two rak'ahs of prayer that one performs at the time of ḍuḥā (forenoon) suffice for all of that."
Compete with the wealthy in giving charity through dhikr
Some people among the Companions of the Prophet ﷺ said to the Prophet ﷺ: “O Messenger of Allah, the people of wealth have taken all the rewards: they pray as we pray, they fast as we fast, and they give charity from their surplus wealth.”
He said: “Has Allah not made for you something by which you can give charity? Indeed, every glorification (saying subḥān Allāh) is a charity, every magnification (saying Allāhu akbar) is a charity, every praise (saying al-ḥamdu lillāh) is a charity, every declaration of His oneness (saying lā ilāha illā Allāh) is a charity, enjoining what is right is a charity, forbidding what is wrong is a charity, and in the sexual act of one of you there is a charity.”
They said: “O Messenger of Allah, does one of us fulfill his desire and still have a reward in it?” He said: “Do you not see that if he were to place it in what is unlawful, he would bear a sin for it? Likewise, if he places it in what is lawful, he will have a reward.”
The Prophet ﷺ as saying: In the morning alms are due for every bone in man's body. His salutation to everyone he meets is alms, his enjoining good is alms, his forbidding what is evil is alms, the removal of harmful thing from the way is alms, to have sexual intercourse with one's wife if alms, and two rak'ahs which one prays in the Duha serve instead of that. Abu Dawud said: The tradition narrated by 'Abbad is more perfect (than the version narrated by Musaddad). Musaddad did not mention in his version "the command (of good) and the prohibition (of evil)". Instead, he added in his version saying: "Such and such." Ibn Ma'na added in his version: "They (the people) said: Messenger of Allah, how is that one of us fulfills his desire and still there are alms for him (i.e. is rewarded)? He replied: What do you think if you had unlawful sexual intercourse, would he not have been a sinner ?
While we were present with Abu Dharr, he said: In the morning, alms are due for him, ever fast is alms, every pilgrimage is alms, every utterance of "Glory to be Allah" is alms, every utterance of "Allah is most great" is alms, every utterance of "Praise be to Allah" is alms. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ recounted all such good works. He then said: Two rak'ahs which one prays in the Duha serve instead of that.
[AI] They said, "O Messenger of Allah, the wealthy people have taken all the rewards. They pray as we pray, they fast as we fast, and they give charity out of their excess wealth." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Has Allah not made it possible for you to give charity? Every tasbih (saying SubhanAllah—glory be to Allah) is a charity, every tahmida (saying Alhamdulillah—praise be to Allah) is a charity, and every tahlila (saying La ilaha illa Allah—there is no god but Allah) is a charity. Even when one of you fulfills his desires (within the limits set by Islam), it is considered a charity." They asked, "O Messenger of Allah, if one of us fulfills his desires, will he be rewarded?" He replied, "Do you not see that if he fulfills them unlawfully, he will be held accountable? Similarly, if he fulfills them lawfully, he will be rewarded." 'Affan said, "You should give in charity, say the talbiyah (saying Labbayk Allahumma Labbayk—Here I am, O Allah, Here I am), make takbir (saying Allahu Akbar—Allah is the Greatest), enjoin good, forbid evil. All of these are acts of charity."

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Every morning, charity is due on every joint of any one of you. Every utterance of praise is charity, every utterance of glorification is charity, every utterance of declaration of the greatness of Allah is charity, every utterance of praise of Allah is charity, commanding good is charity, and forbidding evil is charity. [AI] It was said, "O Messenger of Allah, the wealthy people have taken all the rewards by praying as we pray, fasting as we fast, and giving charity with their surplus wealth." He said, "Has Allah not allowed for you ways to give charity? Verily, with every tasbeehah (saying SubhanAllah) there is a charity, and with every takbeerah (saying Allahu Akbar) there is a charity, and with every tahmeedah (saying Alhamdulillah) there is a charity, and with every tahleelah (saying La ilaha illAllah) there is a charity, and commanding good is a charity, and forbidding evil is a charity, and in the intimate relations of one of you there is a charity." They said, "O Messenger of Allah, if one of us fulfills his desire, will he have some reward for that?" He said, "Do you not see that if he does it in a prohibited manner, he would be deserving of punishment? Likewise, if he does it in a permissible manner, he will have a reward."

Every utterance of praise of Him is an act of charity, every utterance of profession of His Oneness is an act of charity, every utterance of profession of His Greatness is an act of charity, enjoining good is an act of charity, forbidding what is distreputable is an act of charity, and two rak'ahs which one prays in the forenoon will suffice. some of the people from among the Companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to him: Messenger of Allah, the rich have taken away (all the) reward. They observe prayer as we do; they keep the fasts as we keep, and they give Sadaqa out of their surplus riches. Upon this he (the Holy Prophet) said: Has Allah not prescribed for you (a course) by following which you can (also) do sadaqa? In every declaration of the glorification of Allah (i. e. saying Subhan Allah) there is a Sadaqa, and every Takbir (i. e. saying Allah-O-Akbar) is a sadaqa, and every praise of His (saying al-Hamdu Lillah) is a Sadaqa and every declaration that He is One (La illha ill-Allah) is a sadaqa, and enjoining of good is a sadaqa, and forbidding of that which is evil is a Sadaqa, and in man's sexual Intercourse (with his wife, ) there is a Sadaqa. They (the Companions) said: Messenger of Allah, is there reward for him who satisfies his sexual passion among us? He said: Tell me, if he were to devote it to something forbidden, would it not be a sin on his part? Similarly, if he were to devote it to something lawful, he should have a reward.
