"إذَا لَمْ تغْتَبِقوا، ولم تصْطِبحوا، ولَمْ تَجْتَفئوا (بقلا) فَشأنَكُمْ بها".  

[حم] أحمد [طب] الطبرانى في الكبير [ك] الحاكم في المستدرك [ق] البيهقى في السنن عن أبي واقدٍ: أنَّ رجلًا قال: يا رسولَ الله! إنَّا بأرضِ مخمْصَةٍ، فماذا يَصْلُح لنا مِنَ الميتة؟ قال .. فذكره تغتبقوا -بفوقيةٍ مفتوحة فغين ساكنة -

[Machine] I said, "O Messenger of Allah, we are in a land where we are afflicted with drought, so what is permissible for us regarding dead animals?" He said, "If you do not find halal (slaughtered) meat, and you do not find an animal that has died naturally, and you do not find crops, then you may consume it."
