"لا طَلاقَ فِيمَا لا تَمْلِكُ، وَلا عَتَاقَةَ فِيمَا لا تَمْلِكُ".

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ طَلاَقَ فِيمَا لاَ يَمْلِكُ
