"مَنْ لَمْ يَسْتَحِ مِمَّا قَال أو قِيلَ (لَهُ) (*) فَهُوَ لِغَيرِ رِشْدَةٍ، وَحَمَلَتْ بِهِ أمُّهُ عَلَى غَيرِ طُهْرٍ".
