"مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِالله وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ فعَلَيهِ الْجُمُعَةُ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ، إِلا مَرِيضٌ أَوْ مُسَافِرٌ أَوْ امْرَأَةٌ أَوْ صَبِيٌّ أَوْ مَمْلُوكٌ () ومَن اسْتَغْنَى عَنْهَا بلَهوٍ أَوْ تجَارَة اسْتغْنَى اللهُ عَنْهُ، وَاللهُ غنِيٌّ حَمِيدٌ" ( *).
