"مَنْ شَرَطَ لأخِيه شَرْطًا، لَا يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَفِي لَهُ بِهِ، فَهُوَ كَالمُدْلي جَارَهُ إِلَى غَيرِ مَنَعَةٍ".  

[حم] أحمد وأَبو نعيم عن حذيفة
