"مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى أَحَد بِيَمِين وَهُوَ يَرَى أَنَّهُ سَيَبَرُّ بِهِ فَلَمْ يَفْعَلْ فَإِنَّمَا إِثْمُهُ عَلَى الَّذِي لَمْ يَبَرَّهُ".
