"مَنْ أَعْتقَ شِرْكًا فِي مَمْلوكٍ لَهُ فَقَد ضَمِنَ عِتْقَهُ، يُقَوَّمُ الْعَبْدُ ثُمَّ (*) يُعْتَقُ".
