"عَنْ كثِير بْنِ شِهَاب قَالَ: سَألتُ عُمَرَ بْنَ الخَطَّابِ عَنِ الجُبْنِ فَقَالَ: إِنَّ الجُبنَ يُصْنَعُ مِنَ الفَتنِ (والماء) (*) وَاللِّبَاءِ، فَكُلوُا وَاذكُرُوا اسْمَ اللهِ، وَلا يَغُرنَّكَ أَعْدَاءُ الله".
