السيوطي:٢-١٢٥٣b –

"عَنِ الشَّعْبِىِّ فِي الَّذى اشْتَرى جَاريةً وَوَطِئَهَا فَوَجَدَ بِها عَيْبًا، قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرُ: إنْ كَانَتْ ثَيِّبًا رَدَّ مَعَها نِصْفَ الْعُشْرِ، وَإِنْ كَانَتْ بِكْرًا رَدَّ الْعُشْرَ".  

الشافعى، وقال: لم يثبت، [ش] ابن أبى شيبة [قط] الدارقطنى في السنن وقال. مرسل؛ الشعبى لم يدرك عمر، [ق] البيهقى في السنن
