"عَنْ أَبِى هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الخَطَّابِ قَرَأَ بِهِمْ {وَالنَّجْمِ إِذَا هَوَى} سَجَدَ فيهَا، ثُمَّ قَامَ فَقَرأَ سُوَرة أخْرى".  

مالك ومسدد، والطحاوى، [ق] البيهقى في السنن

Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab from al-Araj that Umar ibn al Khattab recited Surat an-Najm (Sura 53) and prostrated in it, and then got up and recited another sura.  

مالك:١٥-١٦وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ

أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ قَرَأَ بِالنَّجْمِ إِذَا هَوَى فَسَجَدَ فِيهَا ثُمَّ قَامَ فَقَرَأَ بِسُورَةٍ أُخْرَى

[Machine] Ibn Al-Khattab read to them the passage: "By the star when it descends, your companion [Muhammad] has not strayed, nor has he erred, nor does he speak from [his own] inclination. It is not but a revelation revealed, taught to him by one intense in strength."
