"قُسِّمَتِ النَّارُ سَبْعِينَ جُزْءًا: فَلِلَأمرِ تِسْعَةٌ وسِتُّونَ، وَلِلقَاتِلِ جُزْءٌ حَسْبُه".  

[حم] أحمد عن رجل، [هب] البيهقى في شعب الإيمان عن ابن مسعود

[Machine] On the authority of a companion of the Prophet ﷺ who said, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about the killer and the one who commands. He said, "Hellfire has been divided into seventy parts, of which sixty-nine parts belong to the one who commands and one part belongs to the killer, and that is sufficient for him."
