"قِرَاءَةُ الرَّجُلِ الْقُرآنَ فِي غَير الْمصْحَفِ أَلْفُ دَرَجَةٍ، وَقِرَاءَتُه فِي الْمُصْحَفِ تُضَاعَفُ عَلى ذَلِكَ إِلَى أَلْفَيْ دَرَجَةٍ".

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The recitation of the Quran by a person outside of the Mushaf (the physical Quran) is rewarded with a thousand degrees, and his recitation from the Mushaf is multiplied by that to two thousand degrees."
