"صَلَّتِ الْمَلَائِكَةُ عَلَى آدَمَ فَكَبَّرت عَلَيهِ أَرْبَعًا, وَقَالَت: هَذِهِ سُنَّتُكم عَلَى بَنِى آدَمَ".

[Machine] Narrated by the Prophet ﷺ , the angels prayed upon Adam and glorified him four times. They said, "This is your tradition, O children of Adam." It is also reported by Uthman ibn Sa'd with a continuous chain of narration from Ubayy ibn Ka'b.
