‘Abd Allaah bin ‘Amr said “ I heard the Apostle of Allaah ﷺ say “There will be emigration after emigration and the people who are best will be those who cleave most closely to places which Abraham migrated. The worst of its people will remain in the earth cast out by their lands, abhorred by Allaah, collected along with apes and swine by fire.””

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ سَتَكُونُ هِجْرَةٌ بَعْدَ هِجْرَةٍ فَخِيَارُ أَهْلِ الأَرْضِ أَلْزَمُهُمْ مُهَاجَرَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَيَبْقَى فِي الأَرْضِ شِرَارُ أَهْلِهَا تَلْفِظُهُمْ أَرَضُوهُمْ تَقْذَرُهُمْ نَفْسُ اللَّهِ وَتَحْشُرُهُمُ النَّارُ مَعَ الْقِرَدَةِ وَالْخَنَازِيرِ

[AI] "Lahu Abd Allahi hadith bi ma kunti tuhadithu bihi qala anta ahaqqu bilhadithi minni, anta sahibu rasooli Allahi. Qala inna ha'ulai qad mana'una 'ani alhadith, ya'nī al-umara'. Qala a'azimu 'alayka illa ma hadithtana hadithan sami'tahu min rasooli Allahi. Qala sami'tuhu yaqulu "Innaha satakunu hijratun ba'da hijratin yajtasizu alnasu ila muhajiri Ibrahim, la yabqa fil-ardhi illa shiraru ahlaha, talfizuhum arduhum wa taqdaru-hum anfusuhum, wa Allah yahshuruhum ila al-nar ma'a al-qiradati wa al-khanaziri tabitu ma'ahum idha bataw wa taqilu ma'ahum idha qalu wa ta'kul man takhallafa." Saktanhu al-Dhahabi fi al-talkhis."

Translation: Abdullah informed him of what he used to inform him of. He said, "You are more entitled to information than me, as you are the companion of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ." He said, "Indeed, these princes have prevented us from narrating, meaning the rulers." He said, "I am determined to inform you except for what you narrated to us as a hadith heard from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ." He said, "I heard him say, 'There will be migration after migration. People will pass to the emigrant Ibrahim, and nothing will remain on the Earth except the worst of its people. The Earth will reject them, and they will defile themselves. Allah will gather them in the Fire along with monkeys and swine. They will spend the night with them when they retire, and their voices will weigh with them when they speak. And he who follows them will also eat from their food." Al-Dhahabi stopped summarizing it.

لَهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ حَدِّثْ بِمَا كُنْتَ تُحَدِّثُ بِهِ قَالَ أَنْتَ أَحَقُّ بِالْحَدِيثِ مِنِّي أَنْتَ صَاحِبُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ هَؤُلَاءِ قَدْ مَنَعُونَا عَنِ الْحَدِيثِ يَعْنِي الْأُمَرَاءَ قَالَ أَعْزِمُ عَلَيْكَ إِلَّا مَا حَدَّثْتَنَا حَدِيثًا سَمِعْتَهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ «إِنَّهَا سَتَكُونُ هِجْرَةٌ بَعْدَ هِجْرَةٍ يَجْتَازُ النَّاسُ إِلَى مُهَاجَرِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ لَا يَبْقَى فِي الْأَرْضِ إِلَّا شِرَارُ أَهْلِهَا تَلْفِظُهُمْ أَرْضُهُمْ وَتَقْذَرُهُمْ أَنْفُسُهُمْ وَاللَّهُ يَحْشُرُهُمْ إِلَى النَّارِ مَعَ الْقِرَدَةِ وَالْخَنَازِيرِ تَبِيتُ مَعَهُمْ إِذَا بَاتُوا وَتَقِيلُ مَعَهُمْ إِذَا قَالُوا وَتَأْكُلُ مَنْ تَخَلَّفَ» سكت عنه الذهبي في التلخيص

The worst of the people of the earth will remain, and Allah will make them bear their punishment in life and in the Hereafter, and He will gather them with monkeys and pigs in Hell.'" This is a condition agreed upon by Bukhari and Muslim.

كَيْفَ تَرَكْتُمْ أُمَّ حَنْوٍ يَعْنِي مِصْرَ ؟ قَالَ فَذَكَرْتُ لَهُ مِنْ رَفَاهِيَتِهَا وَعَيْشِهَا قَالَ أَمَا إِنَّهَا أَوَّلُ الْأَرْضِ خَرَابًا ثُمَّ أَرْمِينِيَةُ قُلْتُ سَمِعْتَ ذَلِكَ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ؟ قَالَ لَا وَلَكِنْ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «إِنَّهَا تَكُونُ هِجْرَةٌ بَعْدَ هِجْرَةٍ فَخِيَارُ أَهْلِ الْأَرْضِ أَلْزَمُهُمْ إِلَى مُهَاجَرِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَيَبْقَى فِي الْأَرْضِ شِرَارُ أَهْلِهَا تَلْفِظُهُمْ أَرْضُوهُمْ وَتُقَذِّرُهُمْ نَفْسُ اللَّهِ فَتَحْشُرُهُمُ النَّارُ مَعَ الْقِرَدَةِ وَالْخَنَازِيرِ» على شرط البخاري ومسلم

"تَكونُ هِجْرةٌ بعدَ هجْرَةِ، حتى يهاجِرَ النَّاسُ إِلى مُهَاجَر إِبراهيمَ، وحتى لا يبقى على الأرض إِلا شِرار أَهْلهَا، يَقْذرُهم روحُ اللَّه، وَتَلفِظهُمْ أَرضُهُمْ، وتَحْشُرُهم النارُ من عدنَ مع القردةِ والخنازيرِ، تبيت معهم أَينما باتُوا، وتقيل معهم أَينما قالوا، ولها ما سقط منهم".
