"ذَبيحَةُ المُسْلِم حَلَالٌ، ذَكَرَ اسْم اللَّهِ، أَوْ لَمْ يَذْكُرْ، إِنَّهُ إِنْ ذَكَرَ لَم يَذْكُرْ إِلَّا اسْمَ اللَّهِ".
[AI] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ spat three times in a grave. Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Muhammad informed us that Abu al-Husayn Al-Fasawi narrated to him, and Abu Ali Al-Luluy narrated to him, and Abu Dawud mentioned it.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ حَثَا فِي قَبْرٍ ثَلَاثًا أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ أنبأ أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ الْفَسَوِيُّ ثنا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ اللُّؤْلُؤِيُّ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ فَذَكَرَهُ
[AI] That Ibrahim, the son of the Prophet ﷺ, was carried to his funeral on a woven horse. Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Muhammad informed us about it, Abu al-Husayn al-Fasawi reported it, Abu Ali al-Lu'lu'i narrated it, and Abu Dawud mentioned it.
أَنَّ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺحُمِلَتْ جِنَازَتُهُ عَلَى مِنْسَجِ فَرَسٍ أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ أنبأ أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ الْفَسَوِيُّ ثنا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ اللُّؤْلُؤِيُّ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ فَذَكَرَهُ
[AI] During the time of the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , he had debts to men that we did not know were lawful to sell in debt. Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Muhammad informed us that Abu al-Husayn al-Fasawi narrated to us from Abu Ali al-Lu'lu'i who narrated from Abu Dawud, and he mentioned it.
كَانَ يَكُونُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ دُيُونٌ عَلَى رِجَالٍ مَا عَلِمْنَا حُرًّا بِيعَ فِي دَيْنٍ أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ أنبأ أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ الْفَسَوِيُّ ثنا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ اللُّؤْلُؤِيُّ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ فَذَكَرَهُ
[AI] The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: "The sacrifice of a Muslim is permissible, whether or not the name of Allah is mentioned. However, if the name of Allah is mentioned at the time of slaughter, it is better." Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Muhammad informed us that Abu Al-Husayn Al-Fasawi narrated to us that Abu Ali Al-Lu'lu'i narrated to us that Abu Dawud mentioned it.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ ذَبِيحَةُ الْمُسْلِمِ حَلَالٌ ذَكَرَ اسْمَ اللهِ أَوْ لَمْ يَذْكُرْ؛ إِنَّهُ إِنْ ذَكَرَ لَمْ يَذْكُرْ إِلَّا اسْمَ اللهِ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ أنبأ أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ الْفَسَوِيُّ ثنا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ اللُّؤْلُؤِيُّ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ فَذَكَرَهُ
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "So write contracts with them if you know that they are good." [Al-Nur 33] He said: "If you know that they have a skill, do not send them as dogs upon people." Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Muhammad informed us, telling us Abu al-Husayn al-Fasawi, narrating from Abu Ali al-Lu'lu'i, narrating from Abu Dawud, who mentioned it.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ {فَكَاتِبُوهُمْ إِنْ عَلِمْتُمْ فِيهِمْ خَيْرًا} [النور 33] قَالَ إِنْ عَلِمْتُمْ مِنْهُمْ حِرْفَةً وَلَا تُرْسِلُوهُمْ كِلَابًا عَلَى النَّاسِ أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ أنبأ أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ الْفَسَوِيُّ ثنا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ اللُّؤْلُؤِيُّ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ فَذَكَرَهُ
