"ذَبيحَةُ المُسْلِم حَلَالٌ، ذَكَرَ اسْم اللَّهِ، أَوْ لَمْ يَذْكُرْ، إِنَّهُ إِنْ ذَكَرَ لَم يَذْكُرْ إِلَّا اسْمَ اللَّهِ".  

[د] أبو داود في مراسيله، [ق] البيهقى في السنن عن الصلت مرسلًا

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: "The sacrifice of a Muslim is permissible, whether or not the name of Allah is mentioned. However, if the name of Allah is mentioned at the time of slaughter, it is better."
