الحاكم:٥٥٣ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَفْصٍ عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفَقِيهُ بِبُخَارَى ثنا صَالِحُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَبِيبٍ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو كَامِلٍ ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «ثَمَنُ الْكَلْبِ خَبِيثٌ وَهُوَ أَخْبَثُ مِنْهُ»

«هَذَا حَدِيثٌ رُوَاتُهُ كُلُّهُمْ ثِقَاتٌ فَإِنْ سَلِمَ مِنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ السَّمْتِيِّ فَإِنَّهُ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الْبُخَارِيِّ وَقَدْ خَرَّجْتُهُ لِشِدَّةِ الْحَاجَةِ إِلَيْهِ وَقَدِ اسْتَعْمَلَ مِثْلَهُ الشَّيْخَانِ فِي غَيْرِ مَوْضِعٍ يَطُولُ بِشَرْحِهِ الْكِتَابُ» يوسف واه
