"تَعَشَّوْا، وَلوْ بكَفٍّ مِنْ حَشَفَ؛ فإِن تَرْكَ العَشَاءِ مَهْرَمَةٌ".
That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Take the 'Asha' meal, even if it is just with a handful of something to fill. For indeed avoiding the 'Asha' is from senility."
