لَمَّا قُتِلَ أَبِي جَعَلْتُ أَكْشِفُ الثَّوْبَ عَنْ وَجْهِهِ أَبْكِي وَيَنْهَوْنِي عَنْهُ وَالنَّبِيُّ ﷺ لاَ يَنْهَانِي فَجَعَلَتْ عَمَّتِي فَاطِمَةُ تَبْكِي فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ تَبْكِينَ أَوْ لاَ تَبْكِينَ مَا زَالَتِ الْمَلاَئِكَةُ تُظِلُّهُ بِأَجْنِحَتِهَا حَتَّى رَفَعْتُمُوهُ
My father fell as a martyr on the Day of Uhud and I attempted to uncover his face and weep, but they (the Companions of the Holy Prophet) forbade me to do this, whereas Messenger of Allah ﷺ did not forbid me and Fatima bint Amr, the sister of my father, was also weeping There- upon Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: You may weep or you may not weep; the Angels provide him shade with the help of their wings until you lift him (to be buried in the grave).
أُصِيبَ أَبِي يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ فَجَعَلْتُ أَكْشِفُ الثَّوْبَ عَنْ وَجْهِهِ وَأَبْكِي وَجَعَلُوا يَنْهَوْنَنِي وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ يَنْهَانِي قَالَ وَجَعَلَتْ فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ عَمْرٍو تَبْكِيهِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ تَبْكِيهِ أَوْ لاَ تَبْكِيهِ مَا زَالَتِ الْمَلاَئِكَةُ تُظِلُّهُ بِأَجْنِحَتِهَا حَتَّى رَفَعْتُمُوهُ
"I started to uncover his face, weeping. The people told me not to do that but the Messenger of Allah did not forbid me. My paternal aunt started to weep, and the Messenger of Allah said: 'Do not weep, for angels kept on shading him with their wings until you lifted him up."'

جِيءَ بِأَبِي قَتِيلًا يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ فَجَعَلَتْ فَاطِمَةُ أُخْتُهُ تَبْكِيهِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا تَبْكِيهِ مَا زَالَتِ الْمَلَائِكَةُ تُظِلُّهُ بِأَجْنِحَتِهَا حَتَّى رُفِعَ»
