"تَاهَ سِبْطٌ مِن بَنِي إِسرائيلَ ممَّن غضبَ اللهُ عَلَيهِم، فإن يكُ فَهُوَ هَذا، فإِن يكُ فَهُو هَذَا، فإِن يَكُ فَهُوَ هذا؛ يَعْنِي الضَّبَّ".

[Machine] I heard Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri say that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was brought a lizard, so he said, "Turn it over on its back." It was turned over on its back. Then he said, "Turn it over on its stomach." It was turned over on its stomach. Then he said, "It is a lost tribe from the Children of Israel upon whom Allah became angry. If it dies, then it is this one. If it dies, then it is this one. If it dies, then it is this one."
