"بِئسَ العبدُ المحتَكر إِذَا أَرْخَصَ اللهُ الأسْعَارَ حَزِنَ وَإِن أغْلاها اللهُ فَرِحَ".  

[طب] الطبرانى في الكبير [عد] ابن عدى في الكامل [هب] البيهقى في شعب الإيمان عن معاذ (قال: سألت رسول الله ﷺ عن الاحتكار ما هو؟ قال: إِذا سمع برخص ساءه، وإِذا سمع بغلاء فرح به، بئس العبد، وذكره، وسنده ضعيف)

[Machine] I asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about hoarding, what is it? He said, "When he hears about cheap prices, he becomes upset, and when he hears about high prices, he becomes happy. How evil is the hoarding servant! If Allah lowers prices, he becomes sad, and if Allah raises them, he becomes happy."  

الطبراني:١٧٣٨٤ – حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ الْخَبَائِرِيُّ ثنا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ ثنا ثَوْرُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ قَالَ

سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الِاحْتِكَارِ مَا هُوَ؟ قَالَ «إِذَا سَمِعَ بِرُخْصٍ سَاءَهُ وَإِذَا سَمِعَ بِغَلَاءٍ فَرِحَ بِهِ بِئْسَ الْعَبْدُ الْمُحْتَكِرُ إِنْ أَرْخَصَ اللهُ الْأَسْعَارَ حَزِنَ وَإِنْ أَغْلَاهَا اللهُ فَرِحَ»
