"الزُّهدُ في الدُّنْيَا يُريحُ الْقَلْب وَالْبَدَنَ، والرَّغْبَةُ فِي الدُّنْيَا تُتْعِبُ الْقَلْبِ والْبَدَن".

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, asceticism in the world brings ease to the heart and body, while longing for the world prolongs anxiety and sorrow."
