"الدنيا سِجْنُ المؤمِنِ وسنَتُه، فإذا فَارقَ الدُّنيا فَارق السِّجنَ والسَّنةَ".
[Machine] About the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ , he said, "The world is the prison of the believer, and his religion is his freedom. So when he leaves the world, he leaves behind the prison and the constraints."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ الدُّنْيَا سِجْنُ الْمُؤْمِنِ وَسَنَتُهُ فَإِذَا فَارَقَ الدُّنْيَا فَارَقَ السِّجْنَ وَالسَّنَةَ
[Machine] About the Prophet (pbuh) said, "The worldly life is the prison of the believer, and his sleep is when he exits the prison and the rest of this life." Al-Dhahabi did not provide a summary of this statement.
