"الْبَرَكَةُ تَنْزلُ وَسَطَ الطَّعَام فَكُلُوا مِنْ حَافَّتيهِ وَلَا تَأْكُلُوا مِنْ وَسَطِه".
That the Prophet ﷺ said: "Indeed the blessing descends to the middle of the food, so eat from its edges, and do not eat from its middle."
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ الْبَرَكَةَ تَنْزِلُ وَسَطَ الطَّعَامِ فَكُلُوا مِنْ حَافَتَيْهِ وَلاَ تَأْكُلُوا مِنْ وَسَطِهِ
