"عن على بن ماجدة قال: قاتلتُ غلامًا فجَدَعتُ أنفهُ، فَرُفِعْتُ إلَى أَبِى بكرٍ فَنظرَ فلَمْ أُبلغِ القصاصَ، فقضى علَى عاقِلتِى بالدِّيةِ".
