"عَنْ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ: كَانَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الصِّديقُ يُكْثِرُ أَنْ يَتَمَثَّل هَذَا الْبَيْتَ:

لا تَزالُ تَنْعَى حَبِيبًا حتَّى تَكونَهْ ... وَقَدْ يَرْجُو الفَتَى الرَّجَاءَ يَمُوتُ دُونَهْ".
