By the morning brightness  

By the forenoon, that is to say, the first part of the day or all of it,
القرآن:٩٣:١ – بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

وَالضُّحَىٰ  

{والضحى} أي أول النهار أو كله.
