And ˹by˺ the winds that spread ˹clouds˺  

by the sweeping spreaders, ˹by˺ the winds that scatter the rains;

وَالنَّاشِرَاتِ نَشْرًا  

{والناشرات نشرا} الرياح تنشر المطر.
