By the mount  

By the Mount, that is, the ˹name of the˺ mountain on which God spoke to Moses,
القرآن:٥٢:١ – بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

وَالطُّورِ  

{والطور} أي الجبل الذي كلم الله عليه موسى.
