quran:3:74

He selects for His mercy whom He wills. And Allah is the possessor of great bounty.  

He singles out for His mercy whom He will; God is of bounty abounding’.
القرآن:٣:٧٤

يَخْتَصُّ بِرَحْمَتِهِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيمِ  

{يختص برحمته من يشاء والله ذو الفضل العظيم}.

That is the bounty of Allah, which He gives to whom He wills, and Allah is the possessor of great bounty.
