quran:37:89 –

And said, "Indeed, I am ˹about to be˺ ill."  

and said, ‘Indeed I feel ˹I will be˺ sick’, that is, I will fall ill.
القرآن:٣٧:٨٩ –

فَقَالَ إِنِّي سَقِيمٌ  

{فقال إني سقيم} عليل أي سأسقم.
