quran:37:117 –

And We gave them the explicit Scripture,  

And We gave them the enlightening scripture, the one whose statements concerning prescribed punishments and rulings and otherwise are excellently expressed — this is the Torah.
القرآن:٣٧:١١٧ –

وَآتَيْنَاهُمَا الْكِتَابَ الْمُسْتَبِينَ  

{وآتيناهما الكتاب المستبين} البليغ البيان فيما أتى به من الحدود والأحكام وغيرها وهو التوراة.
