quran:23:48 –

So they denied them and were of those destroyed.  

So they denied them ˹both˺ and became of those who were destroyed.
القرآن:٢٣:٤٨ –

فَكَذَّبُوهُمَا فَكَانُوا مِنَ الْمُهْلَكِينَ  

{فكذبوهما فكانوا من المهلكين}.
