This is, a mention of your Lord’s mercy to His servant (‘abdahu, a direct object of rahma, ‘mercy’) Zachariah (an explication of it ˹the direct object˺),
القرآن:١٩:٢ –

ذِكْرُ رَحْمَتِ رَبِّكَ عَبْدَهُ زَكَرِيَّا  

هذا {ذكر رحمة ربك عبده} مفعول رحمة {زكريا} بيان له.
