quran:15:56

He said, "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord except for those astray?"  

He said, ‘And who — in other words, no one — despairs (read yaqnitu or yaqnatu) of the mercy of his Lord, save those who are astray?’, ˹save˺ disbelievers.
القرآن:١٥:٥٦

قَالَ وَمَنْ يَقْنَطُ مِنْ رَحْمَةِ رَبِّهِ إِلَّا الضَّالُّونَ  

{قال ومن} أي لا {يقنَِط} بكسر النون وفتحها {من رحمة ربه إلا الضالون} الكافرون.
