When the victory of Allah has come and the conquest,  

When the help of God, for His Prophet (s), against his enemies, comes together with victory, the victory over Mecca,
القرآن:١١٠:١ – بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

إِذَا جَاءَ نَصْرُ اللَّهِ وَالْفَتْحُ  

{إذا جاء نصر الله} نبيَّه ﷺ على أعدائه {والفتح} فتح مكة.
