quran:107:2

For that is the one who drives away the orphan  

That is he (read an implied huwa after the fā’ ˹of fa-dhālika˺) who repels the orphan, that is to say, ˹who˺ violently drives him away from what is his due,
القرآن:١٠٧:٢

فَذَٰلِكَ الَّذِي يَدُعُّ الْيَتِيمَ  

{فذلك} بتقدير هو بعد الفاء {الذي يَدُعُّ اليتيم} أي يدفعه بعنف عن حقه.
