مَنْ فَارَقَ الْجَمَاعَةَ وَخَالَفَ الطَّاعَةَ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَال وَلَا يَفِي لِذِي عَهْدِهَا
