The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: "One of the best kinds of kohl that you use is Ithmid (antimony); it brightens the vision and makes the hair (eye-lashes) grow."

النسائي:٥١١٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْعَطَّارُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ خُثَيْمٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
