[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ gathered his parents for me on the day of Uhud and said, "May my father and mother be sacrificed for you." Abu 'Abd al-Rahman said, "This is the correct version among us, and the narration of Sufyan is incorrect. And Allah knows best."

الكبرى للنسائي:٩٩٥٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى هُوَ ابْنُ يُونُسَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ عَنْ سَعْدٍ قَالَ

جَمَعَ لِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَبَوَيْهِ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ قَالَ «ارْمِ فِدَاكَ أَبِي وَأُمِّي» قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَهَذَا الصَّوَابُ عِنْدَنَا وَحَدِيثُ سُفْيَانَ خَطَأٌ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ
